Additionally, you may notice the inner contents of the weight plates appearing on the outer surface, which is a typical characteristic of cement weight plates. We recommend simply wiping the plates upon receipt to prepare them for use. Please understand that this is a normal aspect of the manufacturing process and does not indicate a defective product.
