Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] and include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for further instructions.

Our team will do its best to respond as soon as possible. However, there's a chance that customer service isn't able to respond prior to dispatch.

Please be aware that there is a 5% cancellation fee applicable to any order that hasn't been processed. For instance, if you have ordered a $150 product and choose to cancel, the fee would be $7.50.
